Please note, the Splunk time off programs, including holidays, leaves of absence, and PTO, are valid through your Cisco onboarding date. Once you onboard to Cisco, the Cisco time off programs will apply.
Holiday schedules
Holiday? More like holi-YAY! ! Outside of your vacation or PTO, use the holidays to relax, recharge and re-energise with family and friends. All Splunk employees are also eligible for global rest days.
Starting in 2024, Splunk will offer the five public holidays below, as well as five floating holidays, so you can choose to observe the holidays that best align with your values and beliefs.

Although Splunk generally observes the public holidays listed above, we reserve the right to, if necessary, request that employees work on holidays to ensure the smooth running of the business, subject to applicable law.
